Saldo Não Atualizando [Mod translation-Balance Not Updating]

Boa tarde, hoje fiz a compra e utilização de 4 cartoes de 200 reais para comprar alguns jogos para meu Xbox, chequei a página de saldo e consta os 812,27 reais que comprei, mas quando vou em alguma página comprar um jogo a tela de saldo consta apenas 12,27.

Tentei tanto pelo celular como computador e o mesmo problema persiste. Alguma solução possivel?

Thank you for the information. We are seeing other similar reports about the Microsoft Account balance not updating to the correct amount in the Microsoft Store during checkout. Other regions seem to be affected as
well.

If you haven't done so, please try logging out of your Microsoft Account and then try logging back in. I believe web browsers remember when you last logged in to https://www.microsoft.com/store/b/home and
your account stays signed in, so logging out and logging back in can re-sync important data like your current Microsoft Account balance.

Let us know if signing out and back in solves anything and also let us know once you get a chance to try from the console.

. Yes i do see them on both the orders and the balance page. Everything seems to be in order in both of those pages, but when trying to checkout to buy a game for myself or to gift it to a friend, only the 12,27 show up, the remaining
800 are missing.

I even thought it was a simple visual glitch and tried to go through it anyway but then it kept asking me which method I'd like to use to pay the rest.

Edit: Unfortunately I'm at work now, so I'm unable to see if it's working on my current console.

Thank you Diego, after logging out clearing my cookies and logging back in, the balance successfully update and I could make the purchase. Thanks for the help

Do you see the code redemptions on your order history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Do you see the correct balance on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments? When in the Microsoft Store, make sure you are logged into the correct account
that you redeemed the codes on and that the Store is not logged into another account as that would be the most logical reason the balance would be different from your account balance online compared to what you see on checkout from the Microsoft Store.

If you have access to an Xbox One console, I would give it a try on a console as well.
