Saints row 1 is not available in turkey

So i talked to volition (creators of saints row) and said hey guys this game is not available in turkey and they responded ok sure we'll talk with microsoft and they return and say yeah saints row 1 isnt available in some other countries as well and its
up to microsoft now we had send the right info and i said How much you think this will take? and they responded i think like 6 or 8 weeks and here im waitin for the last 3 months and still no progress so can you guys help me to get this game here im ready
to pay for it there isnt a big audience here i admit but i have to play that game and i dont wanna do illegal stuff or jailbreak so help me

Why isn't Saints Row 2 available on Brazil Store?

I heard Saints Row 2 became available on Xbox One through backwards compatibility. And I was really up to play it. But since the game has never been available on Brazil Xbox 360 Store, I can't. That's strange 'cause Saints Row 1 is available on Brazil Xbox
360 Store.

Microsoft, please add Saints Row 2 to Brazil Store

 

It would be down to the game developer to get the game released in your region. They would need to pass the licensing and certification laws in your region.

 

Hate to break it to you but violition is unlikely to do anything about old titles

Theynwouldnt make much on older titles sales ans redevelooing it for.a new region to fit their laws

Violitiion is being stripped of thier employees including their manager

 

Microsoft can't really do anything, as they don't own the publishing rights to Saints Row.

Volition was bought by Koch Media, which in turn was bought by THQ Nordic in February 2018.

So I'd assume that the publishing rights for Saints Row now lie with THQ Nordic.

They are the ones that are responsible for trying to re-submit the game for rating in Turkey.

However, if a game was rated before, and the Turkey ratings board denied the game to be published, then I'm afraid it's not possible to get the game in Turkey.

You might try to import a PAL version physical disc from Great Britain or the likes.
