first turn off your router and unplug the power from the wall socket/power outlet for at least 10 minutes.

this should assign your router a new IP address and whoever is doing this won't be able to boot you offline any more.

also be careful about joining parties with random players as this is how most get a hold of your IP address.

you should also contact your ISP as this is illegal in most countries and they may want to prosecute whoever did this and they have the tools to find out who it was.

Hi it best to tell your Internet Provider. Ask them to reboot you cable modem, router to check it system. request a new dynamic ip address or if you on a biz program request a new static IP address.

Every month always as for a new IP address.

Have you added your kid's child account to your Family yet? In order to manage the kid's privacy settings you first need to add them to the Family.

The settings you want to look at would be under Communication & multiplayer and Game content. Make sure that is allowed.

If the game is rated higher than what his age allows, you can grant permission for his account to always be able to play Roblox. When he tried to enter the game and it asks for permission, sign into the adult account and the following screen will allow you
to let him play the game always or just this once. You can then view the list of games he can and cannot play online under the Content Restriction section.
