    Good afternoon,

    I got a new computer and installed Xbox application again, but still time I can't install games and get the sad face every time.

    This is what I tried:

    1. Log in with same username in Microsoft Store and Xbox.

    2. Removed Xbox and then reinstall

    3. Repair Xbox.

    4. Log out of both applications. Repair Microsoft Store and repair Xbox.

    Is there anything else I can do? If I cancel my subscription and subscribe to another email, will it work then?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble installing games using the Xbox app, first check if your system and all the apps related to gaming are up to date.
    You can check for windows updates via PC Settings > Update & Security > Windows update
    And you can check for app updates opening the Microsoft store and clicking on "Get updates"

    Hi, I hope you're doing well and safe out there. I'm an Independent Advisor and I’m happy to help you today.

    Kindly check if you can install your game through MS store app. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

    Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

    In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

    WSReset.exe

    then open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game pass. Try installing your games again.
