    I am trying to download either halo spartan assault or halo spartan strike on PC game pass, but where the install button should be is a sad face

    these are the only 2 games that are doing it, i have no problem installing anything else

    I have tried doing everything that has been a "Quote" on "Quote" fix for the solution and I am still getting the frowny faces a long with nothing wanting to load or show! Yes I have updated everything and restart my pc and internet yet to no avail my app on pc will not load and it honestly started right after getting the subscription?

    Its nice all your games a $10, but whats the point of the pass if you cant even play anything on it?

    Seems like the cause of the issue was I had a partly installed Forza Horizon 3 which I was able to uninstall in Apps & features.
    I'm able to install the game now.

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem installing your games.

    If I may ask, what make and model your PC is? And what are the technical specifications and configuration?

    In the meantime, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > locate Microsoft Store > click Advance, and Reset.

    Then, open Microsoft Store app, click Downloads & Updates, and choose Get updates. Look for Xbox app and update it. After the update, open Xbox app and try installing your game again.
