Ryse son of rome doesn't install

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing issues installing Ryse: Son of Rome. Do you mind detailing all the troubleshooting steps you've taken in effort to resolve this issue?

The problem is it's only this game that has this issue. Its had this issues since it first released. i literally downloaded red dead 2 without any problem few hrs before this.

If you google this game you will find out a lot of people had the same problem and like i said "i have tried everything".

i did a system restore, i uninstalled the game, test the internet, tried to install internal/hard drive, hard reset, turned and unplugged it, turned off modem, tried to download it on different accounts

it's only this game that has always had the issue

At this point you've tried everything but a full factory reset erasing everything from the hard drive, which I recommend to try everything available. I recommend contacting Xbox customer support for further troubleshooting and to report the issue:

1. Contact us here
2. Select Xbox One
3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

i've got the xbox insider, but these issues were happening yrs ago before i even had it

i re did it now it's at 4.6% then stops it's being worse
