Ryse son of rome - data loss

Dear, good afternoon!

I'm the gamertag (Brazilian), I'm a player of Ryse Son Of Rome - Mutilplayer. I have been a regular player in this game since 2014 until the present moment. Well, for a brief moment I went to play Ryse's multiplayer for my surprise, I LOST ALL
MY PROGRESS of my game, that is, I lost my level that I played for many years, I spent years of my life to have lost everything, all. I got in contact with the developer Crytek in response he informed that Microsof is responsible for SAVE - NUVEM. The data
is stored on my xbox. The response from Microsoft Brazil informed me that I lost the data on my Ryse that this is happening to several users, because the developer, Crytek is not being able to store the data on its servers. WRONG! Microsoft is responsible
for storing all games in the CLOUD and the developer has no responsibility for data storage. It is a tremendous neglect with the user, because I played years and years for this to happen and in response to Microsoft Brazil, regret what happened. Is it unfortunate
to see this type of response, because where is the commitment to users? Where's the commitment? So it's the user's fault?

This generated tremendous dissatisfaction! For the developer Crytek informed not to look for a Microsoft branch in the case of Brazil! Go straight to Microsfot Inglês to see the real possible problem! This type of attitude is very unfortunate, as we pay
for the service, it is not free where there has to be seriousness and commitment to each user. It is right and duty for Microsoft to take care of this! The problem is not the user, but who developed the storage. Now I will be without my progress that I cost
and take to have for failures / error in the storage of the CLOUD.

Honestly, I don't know how you're going to treat it. Didn't I say there was an error and unfortunately there is nothing to do !? What do you mean, there's no way to know? Microsoft develops a rescue system called CLOUD and is not sure what really happens.
Because when it generates save it is stored on a server and there is certainly a history capable of identifying all the progress in your saved game. How does an expert say there is nothing to do? What else do you need to see this type of response?
