Ryse multiplayer not loading

Discus and support Ryse multiplayer not loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I go to play Ryse on my Xbox one, it goes to the loading screen, but it never stops loading, I've waited for a full 26 minutes but to no avail....     Ryse multiplayer not loading


    When I go to play Ryse on my Xbox one, it goes to the loading screen, but it never stops loading, I've waited for a full 26 minutes but to no avail. I've finished the game multiple times now and it's getting very boring, can someone help me?

    Ryse Multiplayer loading stuck?

    Uninstall the game, then turn off your wireless connection. Then reinsert disc, and download it. With no wireless connection it should only take 25 min to install. After installation is done, reconnect your wireless connection and allow for updates to finish.
    This should allow you to enter multiplayer without it recycling through the loading period over and over.

    I'm having the same issue but must not be that wide spread since this is the only link that comes up when you search for the problem. I'd love to get an answer since i beat the hell out of the SP and really wanted to try the MP.

    Also not that virgin media normally send updates and changes settings all the time :( like currently I can not access the virgin media super hub using IE11 in Windows 8, have to go to developer tools and change it to Google Chrome :(

    Can you tell me your status of your NAT? Its on the same area as the other tests....Settings>Network.

    Can you log into your router interface page from a computer and check to see if UPNP (universal plug and play) is enabled? Most newer routers support this feature.
