    Hey!

    So I purchased xbox live through the ad to get Ryse: Legendary edition free, but I have not seen the code in my email or xbox live message center in about a week. Is there anything you can help me out with to find or get the code? I took a picture of the
    ad to to make sure I am not crazy. Thanks and talk to you soon.

    It can take up to 4 weeks to receive your code for the game. Please keep an eye out for the game and if you don't receive any communication via Xbox Live Messaging by the end of the fourth week please create a new thread and let us know. Thanks!

    Ryse: Legendary Promo Issue

    I did realize the ad said it would be sent within 4 weeks I believe, but it also said the code needed to be redeemed by Jan. 31st, which did not make a ton of sense because that is way less than 4 weeks. If you could just clear this up this would be great.
