    Hello,

    On January 23rd, 2016, I saw a post on my home Xbox one dashboard stating that if I signed up for Xbox live gold, I would receive a code for Ryse: Son of Rome Legendary Edition. I opened this post, clicked the prompt (I realize the word click isn't appropriate
    for an Xbox controller, but bear with me) and signed up for Gold (using a link in the post) with a prepaid card I purchased. I've yet to receive a code, and it is February 18th.

    Bought gold via a "Go Gold: Get Ryse Legendary Edition Free" promotion, but never received Ryse

    Hello!

    Bought a Gold subscription via a promotion on my Xbox One that said "Go Gold and get Ryse Legendary Edition for Free." The purchase was September 13th, and have yet to recieve Ryse. Wondering how/when I can expect this by? Gamertag is .

    Ryse Legendary Edition free with Gold

    In order to qualify for dashboard promotions, you have to purchase the gold directly from the add. Redeeming a prepaid codes does not count as a purchase so it would not be eligible.

    I don't understand why saying "Get Gold" inside the advertisement and then giving them a code rather than a credit card does not count as buying through the ad.

    Because the terms and conditions

    You must enable autorenewal and it require you to have a billing account to get any promo

    The purchase screen is the same regardless if it's a subscription or a promo or a prepaid codes.because you didn't follow the terms and conditions you don't qualify

    However as mentioned it is only given when you buy it at the store

    Which is your point of sale
