Ryse LE promotion game not received

I took advantage of what appeared to be a "today only" special a day or so ago to receive Ryse LE ($69 aud) as a gift with Live Gold subscription.

The subscription has activated on my account but i have not received the game.

I created support chat ticket # [Mod Removed] and they directed me to post here for help.

I purchased a month of Xbox live under the promotion "Go Gold Today, Get Ryse: Legendary Edition FREE!" It has been over a week and I still have not received my promotional code for the game, and the promotion ends on 1/31/2016. I was wondering when I
would get the code.

I have not received download code of Ryse until now

Before there is a promotion "GoldRush" on xbox360.I have purchased 12 months' gold member, and I have received an email from MS to tell I have succeeded getting the promotion,and I can download Ryse on xboxone during 10.1 to 12.30.But I have not received
the download code.Please tell me how to download as free.Thanks.

 

Codes for that offer are sent about 4 weeks after you purchase the gold. So it would be too soon to receive the code.

 

4 weeks.. that has to be a joke.

this was not explained anywhere and i would not have wasted my time.

this whole experience in trying to get Live Gold to begin with let alone having to wait over a month for has been extremely poor and would not recommend it to anyone.

 

Sorry, but true. That's how most promotions like that work unless stated differently in the terms of the offer. Those terms are listed on the bottom of the add before you make the purchase.
