To adjust MAC address filtering, please check out your router's configuration page that should be listed on your router's manual. You can adjust the alternate MAC address on the console to spoof a MAC address that is allowed to join a network. You can do
so by visiting Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address. There you may enter the alternate MAC address you may have and connect to the desired network.

It could be that the router is filtering out the console's MAC address. What can be done is to log in to the router's settings and from there make sure it's not filtering out the console's MAC. If it is we would need toadd
your console's MAC address to your router's list of authorized MAC addresses.

If you change your router's MAC filtering settings, restart your router before trying to connect to Xbox Live.
