    Rust Console Version S|X Unplayable


    I downloaded the new Rust version for newer consoles. Installed it now problem. Have the ultimate Edition purchased and installed. I click to load into it, and my Xbox redirected me to the game in the store. At the bottom, is says "Launch. You own this" and when I click that, it just redirects me to the same page for the game in the store over and over. What do I do?? I don't want to uninstall incase I can't reinstall it without paying again. Is this just a bug with the new release??

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."

    Why is my 7 day early access to Rust X/S not working?

    I own the deluxe version of the new gen Rust X/S which comes with 7 day early access but it will not let me open the game keeps saying im too early.
    Did you manage to find a solution?

    The Xbox One S is a variant of the Xbox One console. Xbox Series X/S is the newer generation of consoles. Xbox Series X/S enhanced games are only for the newest consoles not the Xbox One S. You would need to purchase the Xbox One version of the games not the X/S version of them.

    Pre-ordered game and still cant access it

    Check your order at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure you did order the Series S/X version and not the One version.

    If the order is the Series S/X version, are you sure your console as a Series S and not a One S?
