    Rushmore - Xbox Insider Hub will not let me Join and it's Upsetting to say the least!


    So I got on my Insiders app and see I can join a newer Version of it called Rushmore! So I get all excited and ready, I got and click the Join button and it sits there pending for a little bit then the button resets back to "Join"

    What is the reason for this? Am I actually not allowed to join? Even though it clearly asks me to?

    And will it dissapear for me tomarrow? I sure hope not!

    Every time I click the Xbox insider hub it says you can't join the Xbox insider program because of your past behavior !

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The Xbox Insider program should allow you to join as long as the account meets all the correct qualifications, and the console is signed in to the correct account. The article entitled

    Get the Xbox Insider Hub App     contains details about joining the Xbox Insider program. The

    Xbox User Reddit     is where our Xbox Insider users will go to post issues with the Insider program. Be sure to let us know the results!

    I installed the update and it works now.
