I refunded forza horizon 4 but the money was not refunded to my bank my paypal says I got refunded but I haven't been.

VGCharts: Playstation 4 vs Xbox One pre-orders in the US

"In the latest pre-order data the PlayStation 4 has gained 125,000 pre-orders for a total of 725,000 in the US. The Xbox One has managed to gain ground on the PlayStation 4 as it gained 175,000 pre-orders during the same time
frame. The Xbox One currently sits at 525,000 pre-orders."

We all knew that the PS4 pre-orders were outselling Xbox One pre-orders, but what I found interesting was that the Xbox One gained more pre-orders during the same time frame.

exactly you should get a refund as your product doesn't work and when you download something from the marketplace it say no rufund but it doesn't say no refunds if it doesn't work :/

I know what you mean, it should be for anyone who doesn't currently have gamepass or gamepass ultimate, I don't know if you can get refund I don't think there is a rufund thing for gamepass
