RPS redirect hell - Xbox live rewards

Hello fellow gamers,

With the announcement that Xbox live rewards will be converting to MS rewards on June 15, I am urgently trying to redeems by VIP gems and rewards before time runs out. One problem though - I am having crazy issues trying to log in in the xbox live rewards
and keep getting a RPF redirect asking me to sign in and then having issues signing in. I see some posts saying: clear you cache, history, cookies, try a different browser, check add-ons, ect - And I have tried all of that.

I even spoke with xbox support and that told me its a known issue and check back in 24 hours and should work. No luck on that front. I have several friends that experiencing the same issue. Any help much appreciated, and hopefully by the time I can sign
in - I don't have any slim pickings to chose from.

I have the same error since a looooonng time! The only way I find is to stop the browser before it loads the next page with "rps redirect 0prize" or something like that.

It's really boring each time you want to go to my missions, my rewards, etc, you are disconnected.

When you first log in, after 3s you are disconnected, each time.

Same on the mobile browser, or on xbox.

 

I get emails from my son's gamer tag

IIRC, we set my son's account and linked it to mine for parental reason many years ago. He is now 18, but I continue to receive the Xbox Live Rewards emails for his gamer tag. How can I redirect these emails to his account, disconnect his gamer tag from
my account, or unenroll my ID from Xbox Live Rewards?

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

 

You may as well not bother as everything is 'out of stock', and if you ask them why everything is 'out of stock' they will not reply to your query.
