Roulette Rewards Still Not Deposited

I spun on the VIP roulette table and won 50k creds. It said it would be deposited within 96 hours. I got this email and did the spin last Thurs or Fri. I still have not gotten my deposit yet. Could someone from the staff explain this?

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

I purchased 'The Division: Gold Edition' in Oct.04.2016, but still didn't receive reward credit and VIP points. Could you check status of the reward?

Per the offer's FAQ, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the offer ends.

 

Ah. Righto. I guess I missed the "after the offer ends" part. That's a bit bothersome, but it is what it is. Thank you for clarifying!

From the FAQ for that offer:

How will I know I’m a winner, and when will I get my prize?

If the roulette ball stops on the color you placed your bet on and the game tells you that you have won a prize, you'll receive notification via email. Digital prizes will be emailed to the email you provided during registration. If you’ve won a physical
prize, your prize will be shipped to the address provided during registration. All prizes should arrive within eight to ten weeks of the date the contest concludes.
If you win 50,000 Rewards Credits (ARV: $50), they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since it is not within 96 hours after the offer end date, it is too early to see those Credits. You should see them appear as pending over the course of the next few days.
