    Ronaldo Edition key install issue


    Few days ago I purchased the Ronaldo Edition key. After redeeming it, the Store allowed me to download and install add-on packs only. So I have the packs but not the game itself. The “install” section is not visible yet on the store. What should I do in
    order to install and play that damned game? I’ve already chatted with both EA and Xbox support agents but none of em was able to help. Peace.

    i did pre order for fifa 18 ronaldo edition and then i did pre order for icon edition so i want to cancel my pre order for fifa 18 ronaldo edition

    What is goiing on?

    So i recently pre-ordered the Fifa 18 ronaldo edition, and i went on the game today and by accident also preordered the Ronaldo ICON edition and now they have taken both the money from the Ronaldo edition and the ICON edition and only given me the 2 features
    from the ICON edition, any idea on what will happen and what i can do?

    Sorry to hear it. Try heading to the store and search for FIFA 18 and see if you can install the base game alone.
