    I have not received my reward credits for the Rogue purchase that I made on Friday.

    We have reviewed your progress and payback for April, and can confirm that this issue has been resolved. Note that since your Rogue One purchase completed the Rogue One offer, it did not award MyVIP payback (purchases can only be Rewarded once). We have
    all your purchases processed into your MyVIP progress up until your movie purchases on the 24th. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Rogue One Mission & Rebates

    Support will check on the Rogue One offer, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for this months purchases. Also keep in mind that
    any purchases that count towards another offer, will not be included in your rebate. So Rogue One would not count towards your rebate if it went towards the Rogue One offer.

    It takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect so it would be too soon to see those rewards pending. They should be pending by Wednesday.

    From the FAQ for that offer:



    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.



    Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending. It should appear by the end of day tomorrow.
