Rogue One promotion points not credited

Hi Team,

I purchased Rogue One HD yesterday, prompted by the Rogue One rewards promotion.

As of this post I own Rogue One HD but my 3000 reward points are nowhere to be seen.

Pending reward points for this month (March) stand at zero.

Not really a great experience eh.

ps. I was logged in when making the purchase and was already a member of the Rewards program.

I have not received my Xbox Rewards for Rogue One, more than 96 hours

Hi, I bought Rogue One on March 24, with the special 3,000 Rewards points bonus. My reward points are still not credited and it has been more than 96 hours, and there is nothing in Pending.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending. You should see them pending by end of day tomorrow.

It takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect/update so it would still be 4 full days before you see it on your account.

Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending. Additionally, for future reference, as Murphs says, it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity.

Support will check on the Rogue One offer, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for this months purchases. Also keep in mind that
any purchases that count towards another offer, will not be included in your rebate. So Rogue One would not count towards your rebate if it went towards the Rogue One offer.

I'd like the hayabusa back and the rogue helm. The rogue is my fav for halo 3 (preferred over recon). CQB for reach (or gungnir if I had the credits for the final attachment). Going to be hard to choose my new helm for this, quite a few good ones in there.
