    Hello!

    I would try the following troubleshooting steps to see if any of them help.

    • Hard reset Xbox
    • Make sure the encryption is WPA or WPA2 (not enterprise)
    • Try changing the wifi encryption type on the router (if it's WPA & WPA2, try setting it to just one)
    • Change the Wifi Password & try the new one

    I am having the same issue. The hard reset worked for connecting to the internet but I have limited access to online services such as multiplayer games.

    without roger customer is locked sub and premium.

    within roger customer is unlocked sub and premium. (with internet cable from roger box to tv.)

    there isn’t an active box. there are disable, allow, or deny boxes though. my xbox was connected to the internet fine then the xbox randomly turned itself off and it won’t connect. i’ve reset the wifi and everything.
