    Rocksmth 2014 Bundle download issue


    Last night I purchased the Blue Oyster Cult Song Pack for Rocksmith 2014 directly from the store instead of through the game. The download never happened. Rocksmith shows the bundle as purchased, and when I look for it in the store it says "owned" but the
    "install" button is grayed out. When I look up my games on the Xbox site, it is not listed.

    I have read everything I can find on the web and I have tried rhe following:

    • Checked for a hung download in the Game & Apps Queue (it was empty)
    • Looked it up in the store again - but the install is grayed out
    • Rocksmith shows it as purchased so I tried clicking on it again to see if that would work (nothing happened)
    • Downloaded another song-pack from within Rocksmith to see if it would kick both of them off (it didn't)
    • Started a support chat with MS and did the following:
      • Shut down the XBox One completely and unplugged everything for 2 minutes
      • Replugged, started it back up
      • Reset the "alternate mac" account
      • Removed and readded my provile
      • Restarted Rocksmith.
    • Then I lost the chat connection, and nothing's resolved so I am posting here.
    This is the first, and last, time I buy an add-on directly from the store, but I would like to get the product I paid for.

    Any suggestions?

    December 31, 2014... issue still not resolved, apparently, on bundle version (no idea about other versions). I'd LOVE to complete the game, but this is making it rather difficult.

    Rocksmth 2014 Bundle download issue

    In your Games and Apps, highlight Rocksmith and click the menu button. Choose to Manage Game and you should see your list of add-ons for that game there. If it's not installed, it should show as ready to install there. If it shows as installed, try deleting
    it from there and reinstalling.
