Rocket League update problem

I downloaded Rocket League free weekend. when I try playing it I get "There was a problem with the update" along with "Rocket League needs an update, but something went wrong. For help, visit xbox.com/xboxone/update/help" I could not find anything that
helped. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it. Thank You.

My rocket league freezing every 30 sec.

Every time I go in my rocket league account it's freezing.

I have become this problem after the new rocket league update.

I already contacted the rocket league support but there don't know what they can do.

This problem is only on this account but not on my second account but it's the same xbox so I think that something is wrong with my rocket league account.

Maybe u can find the problem and I hope u can fix this.

Please don't reset my full rocket league profile because I have items that worth over 1000 Euros .

Rocket league won't load

when I went to go update rocket league it glitched my Xbox out and now the update has finished I can't load rocket league and I get the error code 0x80070057

I saw online that many people had this problem, and it was fixed after uninstalling and installing again (either once or twice). I'm gonna try that now...

Hi ! Rocket league is the only game with this problem, the others are ok and yes I can see the purchase of Rocket League there

It's not Xbox related.

These framedrops are here since the latest (season 5) update of Rocket League.

Sometimes it helps to completely restart Rocket League. But the framedrops will return eventually.

Hi there,

please try the following.

Cancel the installation of the Update (if Possible) and after that

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

When console has rebooted try to update the game again.

Doing it like that will clear any cache in relation to the update and hopefully fix the issue
