Rocket League Promotion

I extended my xbox live with a 3-month purchase a month and a half ago for the Rocket League promotion. Still no Rocket League even though I was promised the game by 7/31 from multiple support chats. It has been the worst experience I have had with Xbox
and the worst experience with customer service in general. On top of getting the game, there should also be compensation for the lost month and a half of live since the promotion said it would be available instantly. I hope this can be resolved instead of
the feedback I have gotten from support over the last month.

Rocket League Promotion

I purchased a three month Xbox Gold subscription during Rocket League's promotion. Per the promotion, I was supposed to receive a free code for Rocket League. I have yet to get the code.

I bought Xbox live though the in-dash menu because of the rocket league promotion, but I never received the code for rocket league

Thanks for posting! I have sent you an Xbox Live Message, please check your messages for further information. Codes sent out digitally, as mentioned in the terms, were not promised
to be made available immediately after purchase. Customers who had purchased at a participating retailer would have received the code immediately on their receipt. As far as compensation goes, that would be something you would want to reach out to our phone
or chat support teams for. We're primarily able to fulfill codes for promotions that may have been missed.

Per the terms of the offer, you should receive the code by the 31st of July I believe. If you don't receive the code by then, you'll need to post back here.

The Rocket League promotion page does state that it is only a 3-month subscription that this is valid for. If you purchase a card from a retailer and do not
receive the code for the game at the bottom of the receipt, you will want to work with them to get that game code. If you purchase it through our in-dash marketing campaign, you will receive the code for Rocket League by 7/31/2017 through your Xbox Live messages.

Speaking of Xbox One, anyone who purchases a three-month Xbox Live Gold subscription card from June 12 through June 30 will receive a FREE copy of Rocket League! If you buy a
three-month subscription through your console, Rocket League will automatically be added to your Xbox Live account if you don’t already own a copy. If you buy a physical subscription card at a local retailer, your Rocket League code will be
printed on your receipt, and can be attached to any Xbox Live account that does not already own the game.

I purchased through my Xbox One. I've double-checked my email and all of my old messages for a code, never got one.

Normally, you should receive the email via Xbox Messaging Center. If it isn't there, try contacting Support. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Hopefully, something can be done about this.
