Rocket League Promotion from June

I have talked with xbox customer service about this issue for the third time. First time was a mistake on my part. Customer service refunded my money and I purchased the correct 3 month live membership for the code the representative told me to buy.
After several days of not receiving the code, I called again and was informed by a different representative that the code will not be sent until 30 days had past the promotion expiration date which would mean July 30th I should have received this code. I did
not get this code and today, August 4th, I talked to another representative (Alex) and he told me I should have received the code within 72 hours of purchasing the 3 months of live. He then confirmed with me I did purchase 3 month live card on June 25th and
also confirmed that there was indeed a promotion for rocket league at that time when I purchased live. So....after all that, I would like to know; where is the code for the game I am owed? Alex would not do anything other than tell me to post to the forums
and hope for the best. I am not happy at all. Especially after the remark he made for the game being only 20 dollars. It has nothing to do with how much the game is. It has EVERYTHING to do with being told I am getting something and never following through
with a promise.

June Rocket League Promotion

On Rocket league's website and twitter they have a promotion that states that you get a free rocket league game code with the purchase of a 3 month xbox gold membership from June 12th through June 30th. I purchased a 3 month xbox gold membership on June
14th, and did not receive a code until yesterday, however the code was for minecraft and not for Rocket league. How do I go about switching the game codes?

 

Rocket League code missing (signed up for XBL Gold on June 29)

I signed up for XBox Lve Gold during the Rocket League promotion on June 29. A Rocket League code should be sent by July 31. I still not received the code.

Can you help me ?
