Rocket League and Minecraft promo

Hello

As many users have posted in this forum I have not yet received my code for rocket league after signing up for 3 months live. BUT that is not the issue. I understand that they will email/message the code by July 31st.

When I purchased 3mos xbox live via the console, the promo that appeared was for Minecraft. I talked to xbox support (chat), and they told me that I should receive codes for both games. Is there any truth to what the rep told me?
It seems odd to claim 2 promos at once, but that was what I was told. I have everything screen shotted (screenshot? past tense...). Also, I wouldn't mind only receiving rocket league because I would probably never play minecraft. It would suck if I didn't
receive rocket league tho...

did not get my free rocket league with promo from buying xbox live gold had exact same problem with minecraft now this not happy at all im about to give up

 

Xbox gold - get minecraft with gold offer

SO I bought xbox live gold through the snap in that promised I would get a code for Minecraft. Today I recieved acode for Rocket League. I do not want Rocket League, I did not purchase gold to get Rocket League, but to get Minecraft. Whats going on here?

 

Hey HerpesSimplex3! Unfortunately the two promotions are unique and not connected. If you purchased the 3 months of Live via the Minecraft promotion, you will only receive Minecraft. Thanks!

I have the same problem, but I wanted Minecraft and got sent Rocket League by accident. Very unprofessional mix up.
