Rockband 4 Rivals Pre-Order Bonus Song Pack

I purchased the Rockband 4 Rivals expansion pack and never received the pre-order bonus pack of songs that was supposed to come with the purchase. It is not showing up in my ready to install section of my xbox one. Was I supposed to receive a code to download
the pre-order bonus pack?

Rock Band 4 Rivals Pre-Order DLC Songs Missing

I pre-ordered Rock Band 4 Rivals using the Xbox mobile app and the purchase of the game was successful. However, I never received the 10 bonus pre-order songs that were supposed to be included. I checked the Ready to Install area under Manage Game and they
are not there. When I look at the Launch Pack for Rock Band Rivals in the Marketplace it does not show that I own it (those are all the pre-order songs). Xbox Support on Twitter suggested I report the problem under the Preview dashboard app, which I did, but
I have not heard anything back. They also suggested I post here in the forums, so I'm doing that now. Hopefully you can help me obtain the DLC songs I was supposed to get. Thank you.

Missing The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack DLC code.

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

Rivals Launch Pack<< store page? If that link tries to charge you, please do not pay for it.

i as well have Rockband 4 with rivals and unfortunatly its just a slow load page. It was slow before rivals came out

There is no such thing as an "N7: Warfare Pack".

All that can happen is that the retailer gives you the "Warfare Pack" pre-order bonus that was being offered with pre-orders of the standard edition.

To clarify, the REQ pack, and the fall of reach did download and install for me. The digital pre-order bonus did not. As I understand it, this is the armor and weapon skin advertised as a pre-order bonus with many retailers.

I preorderd a physical copy from Microsoft store and I'm still missing my Pre order bonus Brothers to the end gear pack that was promised to all pre orders.

Yesterday I recived 4 codes for Gears 1-3 and Judgement which I got a code for in my disc and thats not what I'm asking for.

All I whant is my pre order DLC pack.
