Rock Band 4 Issues

I'm sure I'm no the only person experiencing issues with this game and its DLC.

For some reason, a LOT of my previously purchased content isn't listed as purchased, .. the in game store give me errors whenever I try to "purchase" or view "purchase options"

My library only has 637 tracks available, yet I've owned nearly every Rock Band title, and exported their contents with the supplied codes while they were still available to use.... LOADS of songs are listed in my Xbox 360 purchase history, and area available
for Rock Band 4 for Xbox One, yet are not available for me to download.. or are listed for $$, not as "purchased".

Any assistance would be appreciated. I've spent nearly a week creating a spreadsheet of all of the DLC I've purchased on Xbox 360 & Xbox One, just to start cross referencing what tracks are properly downloading and listed as purchased, and which ones aren't....
I'm afraid of how long it's going to take me to keep looking at the spreadsheet, searching for the track on the store through Xbox.com, and checking to see if it's free, purchased, or no registering as owned.

Rock Band 4: Rock Band 3 Export unavailable

I am not receiving credit for having exported rock band 2 to rock band 3, and therefore cannot upload the songs to rock band 4.

Hi, have you looked in the Ready to install list for Rockband at all in My games & apps ?

 

Yes, and 600+ were there, but a LOT of them are missing and don't show as "purchased" in the Xbox (or Rock Band 4) store.
