    I redeemed my Microsoft gift card for $1.25. I want to buy 88 Robux with that money, which is $0.99. But every time I log into the Microsoft Roblox app, I click the purchase button for 88 Robux. It asks me to sign in to make sure its me and not some hacker. After that, it asks me for a payment method. I don't see the Microsoft credit option. So I decide to go to the Microsoft store website. It takes me to the Robux purchase choices. Theres only 450 Robux and up. I don't want to let the $1.25 dollars go to waste but I cannot buy 88 Robux on the original pc site. I try doing the transaction on my phone, but its the same thing as before. Can someone please direct me to where I can purchase the 88 Robux using my Microsoft credit?

    I just experienced the same issue. I bought the $0.99 88 robux option from the Roblox application through Microsoft and it also said that something went wrong and that I was not charged. Turns out I was, and I never received the robux. Based on what I've read, they don't accept refunds for in-game purchases like robux. My suggestion is to buy directly off of the Roblox website rather than through Microsoft. I've never had any issues making purchases directly from Roblox. Huge disappointment from Microsoft. I would steer clear of making Roblox purchases through Microsoft from now on.

    I'm afraid to say that at the moment is not possible to use Microsoft balance to purchase Robux on the PC version of Roblox.
    As you say, you can purchase robux with balance only on Xbox consoles for the Roblox Xbox edition
