    Robux being granted but no moneys coming off of my cards


    On my iphone i will purchase robux and i will get them but no money will be taken out of any of the cards on my phone , then weeks later i will get a amount that i’m in debt . Idk what’s wrong or know how to fix it can anyone help. The robux go through to where i can spend them but my usd aren’t being took

    Please double-check if you have successfully purchased robux under your account by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > then order history.

    From your order history, you should be able to see which payment method was used to purchase robux. It is possible that it was purchased using a different payment method.

    Please let me know if you're able to confirm the purchase.

    My son just redeemed his $15 Microsoft gift card and bought 1200 robux money but it is not showing up in his account. It's sayin he still only has 3 robux. Any ideas what is going on? I got the email that the card was redeemed so it seems to have taken the
    money but it's just not showing up in his robux account....

    The problem is all 3 transaction are pending on my bank statement and despite being told that the robux hadnt been added to the account on these occasions and that i would not be charged, hence why I kept trying and even used another card. I then turned the console off and on to notice the robux had been added despite being told otherwise.

    The 100 Robux option in Microsoft Rewards has disappeared like it had in 2021, I know that the rewards team has run out of 100 robux gift cards due to popular demand.
