I want to buy ReCore as part of the RoboRewards activity. However, I currently don't have access to my Xbox and anytime I go through a link via the Xbox app or the Xbox website, it redirects me to the Microsoft website. I'm also not able to purchase the
game via the Xbox mobile app as I've played the trial before.

Is the Microsoft website store separate from the Xbox store in this case? Or can I buy ReCore through the website and still receive the points?

Would rather not buy the game, and then find out that I don't get anything in return.

Can you access this page (https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/store/p/recore/9nblggh1z6fq)? The store was recently changed from being labeled Xbox marketplace to just Microsoft. As long
as you purchase from Microsoft.com, and not MicrosoftStore.com, your purchase should be fine, in this case.

I think I managed to fix it by going through the Xbox One Smartglass app.

Would someone be able to confirm that ReCore did indeed count, or will I have to wait and see?

We can confirm that this purchase will be able to be tracked by our program. However, since purchases require up to 96 hours to be processed, it has not increased your progress yet. We will monitor this purchase to see that you receive progress correctly.

Support will double check it for you, but just an FYI about the Xbox store. They recently updated the store on the website so it'll show as being microsoft.com (not microsoftstore.com), but if it looks like >this<
then that is still the Xbox store and you would still receive credit though the Rewards program.
