    Hi, I have 6 achievements for Recore, which I bought for the RoboRewards, but the RoboRewards doesn't show the item as completed. I fear I won't get my 10,000
    rewards deposit because of this. Here’s the full detail:

    for
    the first reward step: C: \ LAUNCH:, I
    bought Recore on Nov 11th, for $39.99:

    on Nov 19th, I bought Grow Up for $5.00:

    And yesterday I bought Star Wars Battlefront for $39.99:

    So It’s a total of $80.98, and I understand the rewards status
    takes a couple of days to update, so as far as I have fullfilled the requirement of spending more than $59.99, and it completes this step.

    Now,
    for the C: \ ACTIVATE step,
    I already completed 6 achievements for ReCore 16 days ago, as you can see here:

    And about
    the C: \ EQUIP step,
    I bought Grimlock outfit and Grimlock pet on Nov 19th for $6.98:

    So,
    as I have completed the previous steps,
    the C: \ COMPLETE should be also completed to get my 10,000 rewards credits

    Hello Richie Crazy,

    Since your purchase of ReCore was only 39.99, it was not enough to complete that offer. That offer required a spend of 59.99. Since the achievements portion of the offer only tracks achievements for purchases that have completed that offer, you did not receive
    any Credits, since you did not complete the offer.

    I think I managed to fix it by going through the Xbox One Smartglass app.

    Would someone be able to confirm that ReCore did indeed count, or will I have to wait and see?
