Roblox won't load

Just to confirm, did you download the Roblox app from the Roblox website itself or via the Microsoft store? There are actually 2 ways to download the app, others preferred to download the launcher via the Roblox website itself since it is from the game developer page itself.

First reboot your computer and try to play. Sometimes this may be all that is needed to solve Roblox or Roblox Studio related problems. In case the same issue persist after restarting your device, another thing to try is to clear your temporary internet files.

For Windows 10

If you have Windows 10, then Temporary Internet Files are in the following location(note that on your PC they can be on other drive instead of drive C):

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache

You will also find there the installer for the game in case you need to resort to reinstalling it.

Please, uninstall the game, clear the local saved data, reset your console, and then reinstall the game.

After uninstalling the game, clear the local saved games.

To do it, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.

On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they'll still be saved to the cloud.

Then, reset the console:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Finally, reinstall the game.

Hello! Thank you for your help in the first place. I tried it, but it won't load I had roblox on my laptop before, but then I had to delete some stuff (including roblox) and now it won't even work anymore!! I'm not sure what to do but I'll wait for roblox to answer if you got any more tips, I'm all ears to try it!! but if not, that's also okay. thank you for trying to help me out.

When i was playing roblox and went on the game roblox titanic i was loading in to the game it just took me back to the home screen i loading back in roblox and said this error code 0x8000404
