Roblox Purchase receipt issue

First, welcome to the Xbox community. You would have to have access to specific information in order to go through the Microsoft account recovery form, and then be able to use it again, but if you don't have that information it won't be possible. Thanks for trying to help I don’t know if it’s a hundred percent clear what I said. But at the time of making my Roblox account my dad didn’t put an email so I can’t use the account on my other devices beside the Xbox so I can’t sign into my account I contacted customer support and they said I need proof of owning the account and asked for a Roblox purchase receipt here is what they said “Please reply to this message with a copy of your Roblox, Xbox purchase receipt. You may send us your emailed receipt or a screenshot of your Roblox, Xbox purchase receipt.” the thing is I don’t know what the purchase receipt is because you don’t buy the game because it is free.

That free download would constitute a purchase receipt. That should be good enough for them, as Roblox is a free game, but they have in game purchases for coins. If you can find purchases for coins, that should also cover you with what you need with Roblox
support.

i could not find any email for the roblox game but we did verify a email with the game but they still want the purchase receipt which was a free download

The Order History over at your Microsoft Account page under Payments & Billing > Order History should show those purchases initiated for both Windows 10 and Xbox One. You might need to extend the purchase period on that page, but it should show the items,
with details that you can get on the item, but then that would only show the purchase of the game on the platform, and not any specific association with the Roblox account with the purchase, unless it's specifically tied to the two accounts together automatically;
I'm not as familiar with how Roblox accounts work.

That said, I would recommend going through the email account used for the Roblox account, and search for any communication from Roblox there that might show account association.
