Roblox payment taken but not credited

Awesome! And just one question, the purchase you make was within the Microsoft store, right? The Xbox account that the website is asking for is the one you used to purchase the content within the store.

The link is asking me for an X Box account but its for Roblox?

Thanks for your prompt reply. It was on the 18th December I made the purchase. I have checked and the money has not been credited to my daughters roblux account. I usually get an email from Microsoft to say it has been taken. I didnt receive anything. I only checked my bank as my daughter said she hadnt got the credit. I have been in touch with Roblux who have been no help. I will try calling my bank tomorrow to see if I can get more information from them. Thanks
