Roblox on Xbox One. Son unlinked account to "see what would happen" and now everything...

I have. Just waiting to hear back. When you unlink the account it gives you a message saying something along the lines of "you'll get your stuff back when you re-link it" but the stuff didn't come back. Just thought I'd check here while I was waiting
to see if someone else had this happen. Frustratingly enough the answer to this is on the Roblox subreddit but it's a private subreddit.

hopefully they can get the accounts linked and get all his purchases back, although I'm not sure if they will have any staff on over Christmas

Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to unlink your account via the Roblox website then I would recommend contacting Roblox support to see if they can do that for you.

To confirm, was it his Xbox account that was permanently banned or his Roblox account?

If it was his Xbox account, I am afraid that we can only do so much about it. You may need to contact the Roblox Support team to help you unlink his Roblox account from his perma banned Xbox account. Since it's an in-game account linking/unlinking issue, Microsoft doesn't have full control over it but the publisher/developer.

Did you try accessing the roblox account on the site and seeing if there is an option to unlink it in the account settings?
