    Hi,

    My 9 year old daughter is very frustrated as am I having spent hours trying to fix this. She is not able to play games in Roblox getting error 116. it says that the Xbox Live settings are not allowing her to view user created content and I must change the
    setting to "everyone"

    I've changed it over and over again, but it never picks up that it's allowed. I've made her account a completely unrestricted adult account, but it still says this is blocked. I've tried closing and opening the application, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing
    the application. I've tried unlinking her Roblox account and creating a new one, but the problem still follows. I've tried on two different Xbox one machines.

    My 7 year olds account is working fine on the same machines.

    Roblox seems to refuse to let my daughters xbox live account to play online under any circumstances!!

    This is the process I am using. The little indicator in roblox for the access to content check stays red always. Sometimes it flashes grey as if re-checking, but it goes red again immediatelly

    Roblox Error 116

    If you are trying to FIX the ROBLOX ERROR CODE 116 on the Xbox One, Xbox One S or X here is the step by step as getting there is confusing from directions above:

    1. Go to "Settings".
    2. Select "Account".
    3. If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
    4. Select your child's account to change settings.
    5. Now select "Xbox Live Privacy".
    6. Select "View details & customize".
    7. Go down to "Game content".
    8. Now go to the 3rd option over that says "You can see and share content" and change it so it says "Everybody".
    9. Done!
    10. Now you can play Roblox.

    Also see error code 116 that says ‘your xbox account settings prevent your from playing user generated content. You can change this in your settings or on xbox.com’

    i just dont know which setting is needed changed.

    I have changed this setting, did a hard reset of the console and installed/reinstalled Roblox and still can not play any games without error 116. Any suggestions?
