Mention to them how the game works when you tried to launch it on your PC and include all the troubleshooting steps you have already performed to make the game working to no avail.

They should be able to help you out because they are trained to fix any in-game issues.

Please run as administrator. Right-click on the Roblox app icon and select "Run as administrator." This can sometimes bypass restrictions that might be causing the issue.

And then do the compatibility mode. Right-click on the Roblox app icon, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, and check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select an older version of Windows (e.g., Windows 8 or Windows 7).

Next is to disable fullscreen optimization. In the same "Compatibility" tab, check "Disable fullscreen optimizations."

Kindly reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Roblox relies on the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable runtime libraries. If these libraries are corrupted, it can cause problems. Download and reinstall them from the official Microsoft website.

Then check windows event Vvewer. Press Win + R, type eventvwr, and press Enter. Under "Windows Logs," select "Applications" to see if there are any error logs related to Roblox

Please do check for Windows updates too go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and then click "Check for updates".

there is no fix microsoft can offer. It's on roblox side.

They have been made aware of the issue and are working on it. Roblox update that is freezing/crashing ms app for roblox. Has to do with one of their updates from the last month or 2 months.

Hello. I have reinstalled windows 2 times now and it still did not do anything.

NOTE: The error is not showing anymore after roblox updated, but roblox is still just a white screen when entering a game.

EDIT: After another roblox update, it works again, don't know why the problem was happening but now its fixed.
EDIT AFTER 30 MINS: roblox updated again and it doesnt work anymore again.

I recently created a new roblox account and I logged into it on xbox and a couple days later I logged out and now I can't log back in cause this error pops up.. does anyone know how to fix it?
