Roblox not loading.

So recently I downloaded roblox because my pc reset but It loads halfway and crashes. I tried both the web version and ms store version. any help?

When i was playing roblox and went on the game roblox titanic i was loading in to the game it just took me back to the home screen i loading back in roblox and said this error code 0x8000404

May I ask, does the error happen when attempting to load roblox or any games in particular for roblox?

or you could just load up roblox from the microsoft store, login with your roblox account and the robux you purchased from xbox would sync to your account.

Also the game is roblox only. None others. The other one ended up loading
