Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate your suggestion to contact Roblox support, but I wanted to let you know that I have already been using a program called 'FPS Unlocker' for a long time to fix the FPS issue on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox.

Unfortunately, even with the FPS Unlocker enabled, I'm still experiencing significant FPS drops and poor performance when playing Roblox on the Microsoft Store version. It's been frustrating, to say the least.

Do you have any suggestions for other things I could try to improve my experience with the app on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox?

I tried what you said my game now like when I load a game my fps drops to zero and the game crashes any game I’m running chrome web I don’t know if I wanna try any other web

1. Try a different browser: If you are experiencing problems with your current browser, try a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
   
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies: This often helps with loading and performance issues.
   
   Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
   
3. Disable Browser Add-ons: Often times, website-related issues are caused by third-party add-ons to your browser.
   
4. Reinstall Roblox Player: Uninstall Roblox Player and reinstall it.
   

Here are some suggestions for game performance:

1. Enable High Performance Graphics Mode in Roblox: Simply add the Roblox Player file to the Windows 11 graphics settings.
   
2. Disable anti-aliasing in Roblox with an Intel HD graphics card: Just change the 3D settings in the Graphics Properties.
   
3. Set Roblox high priority in Task Manager: Find the RobloxPlayer process and select high priority.

Thank you for your response and for suggesting that I contact Roblox support. I have already done so and unfortunately, they were not able to provide a solution to my problem. I have also tried a clean boot on my PC as suggested by Microsoft support, but it did not fix the issue.

I have asked for assistance on a Discord server dedicated to Roblox scripting, and many others are experiencing the same issue with low FPS on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox. Interestingly, while I get around 500 FPS on the website version of Roblox, I'm only getting around 50-120 FPS on the Microsoft Store version, which is affecting my gameplay experience.

Regarding the FPS cap on the Microsoft Store version, I have been using a program called 'FPS Unlocker' from GitHub to remove the 60 FPS cap on both the website and the Microsoft Store versions of Roblox. This program has been working fine for a long time, but recently I have been experiencing significant FPS drops and poor performance on the Microsoft Store version even with the FPS Unlocker enabled.

In summary, I would like to emphasize that the issue is not related to my hardware or network, as I have a high-end PC and fast internet connection. I believe that this issue is with the Microsoft Store version of Roblox itself, and I hope that the Roblox team can address it soon.
