IF the problem persists, you can try installing the operating system again, back up your information and make sure a specialized technician does a clean installation.

Please give this a try:

1. Open task manager and go to the startup tab, once there click "disable" on each app listed there
After that Restart the PC and see if the problem is solved

A. Double-check if Windows and all your PC drivers are up-to-date
You can check for Windows updates via PC Settings > Update & Security > Windows update > click on get updates
And you can check for driver updates by checking your manufacturer's website

B. Try creating a new user on your PC and verify if the issue persists or not
