Roblox gift card doesn't show in„Redeem“section in Microsoft rewards

Sometimes Microsoft rewards is removing the goal that I've set. This time I went to search for the Roblox gift card reward in Redeem section. And it didn't show up as available product to redeem my points for. I just wanted to set it as my goal but I doesn't appear

Would you please provide more info on the issue you are facing?

Microsoft Rewards gift cards and offers may change from time to time to offer users different ways to redeem their rewards points. This means that if the Roblox gift card offer is not showing on your "Redeem" page, it's likely not available at this time.

I'd suggest regularly checking your Microsoft Rewards redeem page to see if this offer is added again.

If you are having difficulties redeeming an official Roblox Gift card, you may need to contact Roblox support directly.

However, if you have an official Microsoft gift card, we can most definitely assist. Most of our gift cards will have steps on how to redeem them on the back of physical cards. Please visit: How to redeem gift cards and codes | Xbox Support for steps on how to redeem a gift card on an Xbox console, PC, or mobile device. If the code is appearing invalid, you may need to confirm the region of the card, try on another device, or look for any errors that may mention that the card has already been claimed.
