Roblox from Microsoft store not working.

This is not question, this is answer, im saying why he is not working and how fix it. I help peoples who have laptop.

Reason 1: Full reset of the computer and drivers

if you recently reset your computer or changed drivers, then you can go to the official website of the manufacturer and download the driver, it is advised to download older versions of the driver.
Reason 2: Pc User

This reason may be with the name of the user and if the account is local or from microsoft. it's easy to fix, go to settings - accounts - family and other users, click on add a user for this computer, in the window click on: I do not have login information for this person, then click on: add a user without a Microsoft account.
Attention! The most important thing you need to write in the name is PRINT.
after you have everything loaded, then download the roblox and it will work for you.

Hi, thanks for your answer, when I said update I meant roblox update, not system update. Regarding the steps you told me, I didn't use Roblox as a browser because it didn't work that well for me, that's why I used Roblox from the microsoft store but Roblox from the browser works, not as expected but thanks I really appreciate it

From the Roblox browser there isn't a option to use microsoft giftards. Only from the microsoft store Roblox app, well atleast It was an option, but now It isn't

download roblox from the microsoft store, log in and then it should transfer to your roblox account then you can log back into your normal roblox app or site.
