ROBLOX Choppy FPS Issue

Comparing normal roblox to the one from microsoft, i can clearly say there is a big FPS difference between these two. Now , in a certain game , if i join it with normal ROBLOX , I will get around 150-200 FPS . And in Microsoft ROBLOX , it will be 60-100. however , despite having that amount of FPS that is considered smooth and good , it feels very choppy and laggy , like 30 FPS. I tried optimizing everything , it did get me like 10 extra FPS but no , it is still choppy. I know , lowering my graphics level would help me alot! But heh , nope . It will still have a difference and still be choppy as usual. I repeat, tried every optimization , did everything i could.

As you say, the issue really doesn't matter whether roblox is the original version or the Microsoft Store version.

Before I direct you to the roblox Support team page, I want to confirm some information with you so that we can understand whether the problem is caused by the game itself or by the system. Have you tried to run other games and are there any FPS issues? I recommend checking the Microsoft Store version of Roblox Settings to see if "Vsync" is turned on or any other option that may affect FPS performance.

As mentioned in my question , my screen is smoother in normal roblox than the one from microsoft store. Ill give more details about this. I was joining the same game , a vip server with the same region and fully fresh, so all is supposed to be smooth. Doesn't really matter what game and which server, there is always a difference between roblox and microsoft store roblox. I would really like to solve this problem. Also you wrote my name wrong hahaha...

I think more FPS = a better FPS

I like smooth moves, not choppy play.

Thank you for your response and for suggesting that I contact Roblox support. I have already done so and unfortunately, they were not able to provide a solution to my problem. I have also tried a clean boot on my PC as suggested by Microsoft support, but it did not fix the issue.

I have asked for assistance on a Discord server dedicated to Roblox scripting, and many others are experiencing the same issue with low FPS on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox. Interestingly, while I get around 500 FPS on the website version of Roblox, I'm only getting around 50-120 FPS on the Microsoft Store version, which is affecting my gameplay experience.

Regarding the FPS cap on the Microsoft Store version, I have been using a program called 'FPS Unlocker' from GitHub to remove the 60 FPS cap on both the website and the Microsoft Store versions of Roblox. This program has been working fine for a long time, but recently I have been experiencing significant FPS drops and poor performance on the Microsoft Store version even with the FPS Unlocker enabled.

In summary, I would like to emphasize that the issue is not related to my hardware or network, as I have a high-end PC and fast internet connection. I believe that this issue is with the Microsoft Store version of Roblox itself, and I hope that the Roblox team can address it soon.
