Roblox audio not working on xbox

So I saw a similar thread to this already but I was play Roblox with a friend and my audio stopped working when I restarted my game, so I restarted my Xbox and that didn’t work, I unplugged it and that didn’t work. Uninstalled the game and that still didn’t work but when I played dayz and spirit after I could hear perfectly fine

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

But roblox doesn't support pricing in my native currency, also how will it not work? like in the roblox app it shows the page to enter a xbox code and in my case it is 999 INR and I think roblox automatically exchanges currency

What I meant by Roblox Developer is someone that works for Roblox and develops the Roblox game engine and platform not someone that makes games using the Roblox game engine.

Additionally try reaching out to roblox support.

I did and uninstalled Roblox and reninstalled again and signed in my Roblox username and still nothing

Would it still work if it was on Laptop or does it have to be strictly be Xbox?
