Roblox account banned after Apple refund – Parent email locked with ‘Too many attempts’ error

So recently, I got an Apple receipt saying I purchased about $2 worth of Robux from the mobile app. The day I saw it, I instantly refunded it because I hadn’t made any purchase at all. It was when I got banned on Roblox the next day that I realized the receipt Apple had sent me was actually for a purchase I had made 2 weeks ago. My Roblox ban got put under “disputed charges” and it said that I needed a parent to reactivate the account. > "Certain actions on Roblox require a parent or guardian’s permission. To help your child, you’ll need a Roblox account with parent privileges. You’ll be asked to provide your email, verify you’re an adult, and link to your child’s account." <

Then, when I click "Get started" I'm asked to > "Enter Parent Email - This email address will be associated with your account on Roblox. To learn more about our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy." <

My parent then made the Roblox account with parent privileges. This means that their account is verified of being over 18. However, when I try entering my parent's Gmail address through my banned account, it says “Too many attempts. Try again later,” and it’s been showing that for 3 days now. I’ve already tried entering the parent email on different devices and browsers, cleared my cache and cookies, but nothing works, it will still display the "Too many attempts. Try again later." message.

I’ve contacted Roblox customer support a few days ago, and I was just recommended to clear my cache, Appstore cache, etc., but none of it worked. How long does the cooldown last for this "Too many attempts. Try again later." message? Is there anything else I could do to reset this attempt limit?

Im having a similar problem, I have to wait the 30 days to change some info like the phone number, but I was able to still use my account yesterday and now its requires all kinds of verifications and info i dont have, so I want to fix the reason I cant play when it says I clearly can, tried calling but places are closed now

The child already has a microsoft account.

I don't want to create a new microsoft account as the one I have created uses his email address.

I get the same problem if I attempt to log in to xbox.com using the child's microsoft account - it asks the parent to sign in and validate at this point.

Why is it not possible to fix the webpage that causes to the too-many-redirects error when I attempt to follow the correct process?

No i wasnt banned for playing games i had refunded, i was banned for too many refunds. Those games were not used after the refunds .I was enquiring about the many other games i bought on the system.
