Roblox 2500 Roblux not showing after redeeming

Hi - I recently bought an xbox one with Roblox bundle which came with 2500 Robox. My xbox account details show that I have redeemed the voucher which was included with the Xbox, but they are not showing in the game. Any ideas where I can see the 2500 Robux?

How long ago did you redeem the code? There can be a delay in the funds showing up so
wait a bit, but if it still does not come up, I suggest removing your profile and then redownloading it as outlined in How
to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One. You could also
contact Roblox Support
directly and see if there is any hold up on their end.

Thanks Brad , the link sends me to Roblox for android , i must stress my android account is fine , its the roblux on xbox one via microsoft i have a problem with .

It's a prestige challenge, so it has to be 2500 kills after you've prestiged. It will show you the progress in barracks.
