Hello, I have a problem with Roblox, in some games when I play the character in the first person or use a weapon, the entire screen (roblox hud and outside the application) the screen turns black before it flashes or stays black now after touching A bit the setings of the laptop screen fixed it in a game and now it only shows black under the crosshairs, ¿is there a way to fix this permanently?

intel uhd 600 graphics

and I already tried to change the scale and resolution of the screen, and put roblox in the windows graphics configuration to put it so that it has high performance
and I contact you because when that happens, if for example I have the game in window mode, the desktop is also affected, the error goes outside the application.

Can you double check if your graphics card driver is updated ?

And what about other game? Are you able to test that? (You can try downloading a free game from the store for this purpose, for example Asphalt 8)

I can advise you some things. But if the issue is happening only with Roblox you may need to reach them or report this problem to them.

But first tell me, what are your hardware specs? (Processor model, graphics card model <if you have dual graphics card tell me the model of each one> and RAM)
And what did you tried in your Windows system in general to fix this?
