Road American Crashing to Dashboard

I was told to post her in order to get a refund for my Forza game. I keep getting an error whenever I try to play this track and cannot continue my career.

I have been on chat with MS for over an hour and I was assured that I will get some sort of refund for this issue I am experience.

yes me too. multiplayer is also having problems too crashing to dashboard.

 

No one on these forums is going to be able to give you a refund. Not sure how you got sent here for that purpose?

The best advice I have is to delete your game install, delete all add-on installs, power cycle your Xbox One, and then reinstall everything from scratch letting each item finish before moving on to the next item and without doing anything else on the Xbox
One while the installs are occurring.
