    Risen 2 Dark Waters Game Won't Download


    hi i recently purchased risen 2 dark waters on xbox 360 xbox marketplace after buying it now when i go to download it im seeing purchase button even thou i have already purchased it iv tryed restarting the console and loging out of my gamertag then loging
    in nothing works i even have the recipt to prove i did if needed please help

    Hmmm. Where is russian subtitles?

    Unsuccessfully. Risen 2: Dark Waters really have russian subtitles? Maybe this is mistake in game description?!

    Sorry to hear it. Try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History with the gamertag that the item was purchased with. If you do not see it there then log in to www.commerce.microsoft.com to see if the purchase went through.

    If it did and you still do not have access to the game then contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
